Stickly for phlebotomists
Run your mobile phlebotomy business from one place.
Stickly is the scheduling and business side of a mobile draw practice: your hours, your patients, your prices, your paperwork. You keep doing the part you trained for — the app handles the rest.
Free to set up. No card needed to look around.
Your hours, your calendar
Set weekly hours in two taps and block out the school run, a standing appointment or a week off. Patients only ever see the times you are actually free.
Patients, not spreadsheets
Every visit carries the address, the gate code and the instructions you need on the doorstep. Notes stay with your practice and nobody else's.
Your prices, your rules
Publish your own service list with a price for the first draw and a lower price for each extra one — because you are already there.
Work that comes to you
Same-day and stat requests are offered to whoever is free. First to claim it gets it; nothing is assigned to you behind your back.
Built for a phone in a driveway
Every screen you need on a visit works one-handed on a phone with one bar of signal.
Separate by construction
Your patients are yours. Stickly keeps each practice's records apart at the database level, not by remembering to filter a list.
Working in about ten minutes
- 1
Create your account
Name, email, mobile and your business address. About a minute.
- 2
Set up your practice
You start with three standard services and Monday–Friday 9–5. Edit the prices, change the hours, add what you actually offer.
- 3
Share your link
You get a booking link and a 10-digit Stickly ID. Put either on a card, in a text, or on your van.
A word on your patients' records
Every practice on Stickly is its own tenant. A patient who books with you becomes your patient — their notes, their insurance and their address belong to your practice and are not visible to any other business on the platform, even if that same person books with someone else next month. That separation is enforced in the database on every single query, not by anybody remembering to add a filter.
New practices are reviewed by a person before they go out to patients at large, but your account works from the moment you create it: set up your services, set your hours, run a test booking. Taking real card payments is a separate step with its own checks.
